Cedar Falls

Cedar Falls

Home to the University of Northern Iowa, Cedar Falls (originally named Sturgis Falls) is famous for our incredible Main Street, home of one of the three state colleges, and our incredible bike trail system. With the feel of a small town, Cedar Falls has grown over the past several years, further developing our shopping and dining opportunities on the Southside of town in the Industrial Park area.

Our municipal utilities, Cedar Falls Utilities, was nationally acknowledged as the fastest internet service provider in the United States in 2020, providing fiber optic internet access across town. And with over 80 miles of bike trails, we were awarded a Bicycle Friendly Community by the American League of Bicyclists.

Sitting adjacent to the Cedar River, our namesake, downtown emulates the classic Main Streets of old, providing a historic feel with modern shops, restaurants, and activities. Home to summer events such as Live to 9 and Sturgis Falls, the downtown area is always buzzing and appeals to everyone's tastes.

Several members of our team are lifelong Cedar Falls residents, making us devoted to Cedar Falls and the real estate market in and around this area!
