Real Estate Buyer's Agent

We’re looking for a motivated, enthusiastic agent to join our expanding Real Estate team.

As a team, we’ve incorporated systems for pursuing and prospecting buyer leads. You will be responsible for utilizing our proven strategies to generate leads as well as work with potential buyers for all facets of the home buying process. From showing homes to the negotiation process and final sale, you will be the buyer’s point of contact, and ensure they have a positive experience.

As part of our team, you'll receive full-time transaction and marketing support, giving you the time to focus on what’s most important- our clients. Grow your income with the right systems, training, leads, and, most importantly, deals.

Applicants should be driven, self-starters and team players. Applicants are also required to hold a valid Real Estate license in the State of Iowa and live in the Cedar Valley or the immediate surrounding area. If this sounds like you, start your application today! 

Responsibilities

  • Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction

  • Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers

  • Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale

  • Give potential home buyers necessary information about their local housing market

  • Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender

  • Follow a developed prospecting system to obtain and pursue new buyer leads

Qualifications

  • Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired

  • Show a track record of real estate success

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Experience with the local real estate market and general trends

  • Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferred

  • Required to hold a valid Real Estate license in the State of Iowa and live in the Cedar Valley or immediate surrounding area
