Meet Gerald

I am a lifelong resident of Cedar Falls and have been a REALTOR® since the Fall of 2008 and am a licensed agent with Re/Max Concepts. I work with my twin brother (hence Twin Power Real Estate!), his wife, my brother-in-law, and my oldest daughter. We work hard together to get you the best results.

I married my wife, Stephanie, in 1990 and we have three wonderful, married children with kids of their own. We're lucky to have them all living right here in the Cedar Valley right along with us! My wife and I enjoy traveling together in and outside of the United States. When I'm not traveling or spending time with family, you'll find me cruising in my Mustang or heading out to the gun club for trapshooting league.

As a REALTOR®, I specialize in residential sales and also have a great deal of experience and knowledge in new home construction. I have built many homes in and around the Cedar Valley, including several for my own family. My interest in new construction took off in 2002 when I built my very first personal home on South Main in Cedar Falls.

I have been given amazing opportunities to serve the Cedar Valley as a community member as well as a REALTOR®. I have been involved with many local organizations and boards on various levels. As a past president of the Cedar Falls Lions Club, I continue to remain involved as a member of the Board of Directors. I previously served as the President of the Northeast Iowa Regional Board of REALTORS® and was a council member for St. John's Lutheran Church in Cedar Falls. I've been honored to more recently serve REALTORS® at the state level as well.
